Shipping and Delivery

For orders less than £15:

  • £3.00 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked
  • £3.75 - Royal Mail 24 Tracked

For orders over £15:

We offer FREE Shipping

Yes, we provide free shipping for UK orders over £15

For international orders, we provide free shipping over £100

We aim to process all orders within 1 – 2 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day (e.g an order placed on Saturday, will be processed the following Monday)

You have the option to select:

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked (delivery within 1 - 2 days)
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked (delivery within 2 - 3 days)

The majority of our 3D Cards requires Large Letter postage. It is advisable that you always check the weight and thickness of the envelope before posting. 

We also recommend if posting abroad, to put the envelope into a brown hard-backed envelope, to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit to your loved ones.

Orders

We process all orders within 1-2 business days*

  • You will receive a Royal Mail Tracking Number within the dispatch notification email.

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked service, aims to deliver the next business day. However, this is not a guaranteed service and on rare occasions can take longer.

  • If you still haven’t received your order after 5 days, please email our customer care team and we'll try and resolve the issue for you.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order:

However, once the order has been processed and dispatched, we can no longer cancel the order.

If you no longer want the items once they arrive to you, then please refer to the Returns section.

Unfortunately, we don't have the facility to take payment over the phone.

The quickest and easiest way to place an order is via the website.

Please let us know if you are having any trouble with ordering on our site and we will do our best to help you.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, because we aim to dispatch your order very quickly and generally on the same day. 

The easiest way to add new items is to create a new order.

If we are able to pack your multiple orders into 1 package, we will refund you any additional postage charges you may have incurred.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to either offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the card is returned to us in its original condition and no damage is done to the product.

Bespoke

As our cards are pre-made, we aren't able to assist with any customisations to the cover or 3D Pop Up for one-off purchases.

We do love bespoke projects, however, so if you have an idea in mind, we'd love to talk through options. Our minimum unit requirements for bespoke projects start at 1000 units.
